Responsibilities Connect with clients via phone and email to assist with overdue invoice management Guide clients through our online credit management platform Process payments and maintain accurate account records Support clients in maximizing the benefits of our credit management tools Identify opportunities for clients to improve their collections process Collaborate with our collections team to ensure optimal outcomes Provide exceptional customer service with target response times under 5 minutes Requirements Extensive experience in customer serviceExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)Strong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProblem-solving mindset with a focus on solutionsProfessional phone manner and customer service orientationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAble to work AEST business hoursPrevious experience in credit control, accounts receivable is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
