Client Delivery Platform Operations Executive - News Corp The Client Delivery Platform Executive supports the efficient operation of post-sales digital advertising platforms by collaborating with internal teams and vendors to help maintain platform functionality, troubleshoot issues, and support process enhancements. Key Responsibilities Platform Management & Continuous Improvement: Assist with day-to-day operation of post-sales digital advertising platforms. Monitor performance and support with best practice initiatives. Cross-Department Collaboration: Support internal teams with integration and troubleshooting assistance. Communicate updates on enhancements and ongoing projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Assist the Client Delivery team in ensuring platform capabilities align with business needs. Provide updates and reports on platform performance. Industry Advertising Platform Knowledge: Stay informed about advertising platforms and industry best practices. Learn and apply functionality to help internal teams use tools effectively. Vendor Management: Assist in coordinating relationships with digital ad platform vendors. Document platform and process updates. Who are you? 1-3 years of experience in a support, coordination or administrative role Exposure to digital advertising, operations or project coordination (preferred) Strong organisational and communication skills Strong stakeholder management abilities Good analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred but not required) News Benefits is our way of saying thank you to our people for their valued contribution to News, our audiences, clients and communities.
