Responsibilities Primary duties will include: Supporting our Mandarin-speaking clients with account and platform inquiries Executing trades over the phone Conduct trade investigations Generate trade reports and statistics for clients and management Deliver solution-focused service in all aspects of the customer experience Adapt to changes in regulations and policies/procedures Applicants need to be available to work in different shifts/ public holidays per request. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment by assisting clients and delivering solution-focused results. Desire to learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, and available programs/services Excellent consultative, rapport-building, listening, and communication skills Always demonstrate a positive and professional image Qualifications To land this role you will need: Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timelines Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills Financial services experience is preferable, especially in FX and CFDs, however on-site training is provided Client service experience will be highly advantageous A degree or working towards a degree in a relevant field.
