Innovative accounting firm with 4 young Partners, beautiful offices with a corporate but relaxed feel. They have a solid track record of internal promotion and value their staff. They are seeking a Client Manager/Business Services Manager who would ideally be considering Partnership in 4-5 years’ time. The role is for a Business Services Manager or Client Manager looking after a pod of 5 long-term accountants and reporting to the Partners in a flat structure. You would be completing minimal compliance work (they are very well resourced) - The role would mainly be review, training, and advisory work. Overtime is not a requirement. The client work involves management accounting, budgets, cash flows, structuring, and assisting clients with the full suite of advisory work. You would be encouraged to manage the client fully, take ownership, and you will be supported by a competent team around you.
