About the Role: As Client Partner , you will be the key point of contact for all communications with our key client, leading day-to-day operations while strategically guiding the long-term vision. You will be hands-on in managing the complexity of the stakeholder network, ensuring smooth delivery, and aligning our team's capabilities to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Account Leadership: Act as the central point of contact for the client, managing communication, briefing, and client expectations. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team, ensuring they perform at their best. Provide support in navigating challenges and managing pressures. Strategic Oversight: Guide media recommendations and processes, challenging the team to elevate their thinking and push boundaries. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring top-notch client service. Project & Financial Management: Oversee the project lifecycle, manage timelines, and ensure financial processes, invoicing, and profitability goals are met. Optimize the media component of the client's P&L in partnership with senior leadership.
