About the role We are seeking a passionate and driven Client Partner to join our dynamic SQUAD team. In this role, you will be the face of SQUAD in the marketplace, responsible for converting high-quality leads into long-term clients for our content products. Your focus will be on building trusted relationships through strategic proposals and exceptional account service. You will work closely with our Account Management team to provide quality oversight on projects, ensuring that we deliver meaningful content solutions that meet our clients' needs. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Achieving set revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis. Meeting outbound and relationship management contact quotas. Developing high-quality client proposals and presentations. Collaborating with commercial, production, and creative teams to maintain quality post-sale. Building and nurturing relationships with retained clients and creative partners. Staying updated on social media trends and competitive campaigns to inform client strategies. Contributing to insightful client reporting and industry conversations. Leading with big ideas and enthusiasm to drive client success. Now, a bit about you Minimum 2 years experience in media, advertising, agency, or publisher sales environment. Proven track record of lead generation and client conversion. Ability to create high-quality, impactful social strategies and presentations. Strong knowledge of the Australian content marketing landscape, particularly in social, video, and native publishing. Experience with CRM systems and social management tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite). Excellent negotiation skills and a win-win mindset. Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
