The Role We are looking for a motivated and professional Client Relations Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, exceptional client service, and a deep respect for culturally appropriate business practices, particularly when working with First Nations communities. You’ll be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with our clients, driving sales of promotional products and corporate apparel, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the values of respect, integrity and cultural awareness. You’ll work closely with our Director of Client Relations and Sales and Project Teams to uncover new opportunities, nurture long-term partnerships, and deliver exceptional service. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and the Ochre Dawn team Identify and pursue sales opportunities through current client relationships and networking (no cold calling required) Work closely with First Nations businesses, communities, and organisations, ensuring culturally appropriate engagement at every stage Prepare and deliver innovative proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs Maintain accurate records in our CRM, including client and supplier interactions Liaise with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard Handle client queries, issues, and feedback in a professional and timely manner Contribute to sales reports, procedures and strategy sessions Attend client project briefings and trade shows, where required About You You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks at once You have a strong background in client relations, sales or account management, ideally within promotional products, corporate apparel, or related industries You’re a natural relationship-builder, with a confident and friendly communication style evidenced by your internal and external engagements You understand and respect First Nations cultures, with experience working in culturally safe and appropriate ways (or a strong willingness to learn) You’re highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to follow processes You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and excited to contribute to a growing and purpose-driven business Why Join Ochre Dawn?
