About the Role We are seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to join our Relationships team. The successful candidate will provide quality client-centred service by connecting with clients, processing invoices, and supporting disability service providers. Your Responsibilities Connect with clients by phone to understand their needs. Process invoices and reimbursements in line with our service standards. Support disability service providers to present Agency-compliant invoices. Work proactively with providers to ensure a single point of resolution for client queries. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in administration, customer service or call centre roles. The proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team. The ability to multi-task, including typing and talking simultaneously. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as an empathetic approach. What's On Offer We offer: Full-time positions with flexible rostering (between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday).
