Your Responsibilities: Be the voice of Satara —build strong relationships with clients by providing expert product guidance, seamless sales order management, and proactive issue resolution. Oversee the end-to-end sales process , from quoting to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and delightful customer experience. Showcase your organizational and multitasking prowess by managing a client contact plan, providing expert product advice, sales and delivery administration efficiently. Cultivate relationships with our National Sales team, operations team and local supply partners to ensure efficient, effective and seamless service delivery. Solve challenges with confidence —address customer concerns swiftly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels. What You Bring: Experience with sales administration , including processing quotations and sales orders. Experience in Account Management in the Interior Design or Furniture Industry. A passion for sales, service, and teamwork —your energy will inspire those around you. An ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping customers happy. Strong communication skills —whether engaging with clients, coordinating with logistics, or collaborating with the team. Experience with CRM and Product inventory systems . A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks. A results oriented, reliable and professional work ethic that sets you apart. Outstanding organizational skills to manage responsibilities efficiently. A customer-centric mindset , delivering outstanding service that leaves a lasting positive impression.
