Key Duties: Support buyers by understanding their needs, preferences, and budgets to match them with the perfect property. Stay informed on the Southern Gold Coast real estate market, including off-market opportunities. Organise and lead property viewings, providing expert advice during inspections. Conduct market research and comparative market analyses (CMAs) to help guide pricing, offers, and negotiations. Assist with the whole buyer journey up to the settlement process. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service after the purchase. To be successful for this role you will need: Real estate sales experience preferred 12-18 months min. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of attention to detail. A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Valid real estate license & driver's license with own car required.
