Client Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Octet Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia Octet specialises in providing working capital solutions to Australian business – maximising growth opportunities and making local and global supply chain fast, simple, and safe. Now, let’s introduce our Client Relationship Manager role. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be at the heart of our client success strategy by managing relationships to drive satisfaction and retention, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring top-tier service. This role involves proactive communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include: Serving as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Developing and implementing engagement strategies to enhance client relationships and unlock new business opportunities. Managing client portfolios, driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and resolve client issues. Conducting regular meetings, performance reviews, and satisfaction assessments. Analysing client feedback and industry trends to enhance service delivery. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Interpreting financial statements and reports to assess client financial health. Managing and mentoring a Supply Chain Finance Support Officer, ensuring efficient operations and professional development. A little bit about you: Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role. Experience in the debtor finance industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong understanding of financial statements and reports. And lastly, what you’ll get from working at Octet: Extra 5 days of leave per year. Eligibility for our group wide bonus. Office based in Surry Hills (Sydney) or Brisbane City.
