The role covers a broad variety of duties with a view to maintaining strong investor relations, effectively managing compliance processes and ensuring overall operational excellence.Key Responsibilities: Handle investor accounts and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance investor relations. Support operational processes for KYC reviews, ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Respond to inbound telephone and email inquiries from investors, advisers and key stakeholders. Handle documentation, ensuring it meets regulatory compliance standards. Manage investor databases with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Support company marketing activities. Requirements: 1-5 years experience in a similar administrative or client service role within the financial services industry is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused demeanour. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is desirable. A proactive and team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business, or related field is advantageous but not essential. Exposure to Mandarin or Cantonese advantageous.
