WHAT IS THE ROLE This exciting role sits within the Buzz Airline Client Service Team, reporting to the Director Client Service. You will be responsible for supporting the Business Development team in winning, retaining, and growing client relationships within major hotels. You will also work with our internal design and product development teams in supporting the BD Directors to meet product development deliverables. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Production and Logistics team to ensure that all products are delivered on schedule to clients, as well as provide general team and client support. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? A dynamic account manager who takes ownership of their client portfolio, managing strategic client relationships and generating new opportunities within these accounts. You must possess the following skills and attributes: Proven ability to deliver growth in revenue and repeat business by successfully managing existing client relationships. Experience/exposure to production and logistics and/or product development would be advantageous. Highly tuned analytical skills with the ability to apply this to the development of account management plans and problem-solving. Demonstrated experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams to deliver on deadlines and outcomes for your clients. A product development background would be considered highly advantageous.
