Client Service Representative - Wealth Management We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Representative to join our Wealth Management team, providing fantastic exposure to the advisory process, direct equities, managed funds, superannuation and insurance. Working closely with our Advisers, your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional client service to our clients, Advisers and our Accounting Partners. Assisting in the implementation of recommendations and alterations. Managing cash and term deposit renewals. Utilising Xplan to manage client files and workflow. Proactively looking after client needs and meeting service standards. Building relationships with clients, stakeholders & Advisers. Assisting in maintaining and improving internal processes and turnaround times. Training new staff members following Prime's established processes and procedures. About you: Proven track record of building strong client and joint venture relationships, supporting advisers, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Outstanding attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passionate and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. Quick and eager to learn. Ability to multitask and communicate with the team to determine priorities. Experience in training new staff members on established processes and procedures to maintain team competency.
