Job Description

What you'll do: As an Associate, your primary role will be to ensure that our client maintains the highest levels of integrity throughout every aspect of their client relationships. You will be instrumental in assisting with the provision of exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will range from assisting advisers with client-related tasks, maintaining client records, answering incoming phone calls, managing client queries, liaising with external relationships, maintaining regulatory documents, managing funds transfers, investment applications, redemptions using various platforms, developing internal process documents, improving business processes, and enhancing client management. Assist Advisers with client-related tasks including ongoing client management, account opening paperwork and all other administrative tasks or projects required. Assist with the maintenance of client records and preparation of required client advice and file notes. Recording of file notes and being responsible for any action items from meetings. Answer incoming phone calls and managing client queries and needs. Liaise with any external relationships (clients, accountants, lawyers etc) as required which will include the booking of client and other meetings and proactive diary management of the Adviser. Maintenance and updating of regulatory documents including Investor Certificates, Fee Disclosure Statements and Renewal Notices. Manage funds transfers, investment applications and redemptions using various platforms including Netwealth, IRESS and maintain the required training records in Kaplan. Developing and maintaining any internal process documents and worksheets to streamline business processes and to improve client management. What you bring: As an Associate, you bring a wealth of transferable experience to this role. With a minimum Bachelor's degree under your belt, you have spent 2-5 years honing your skills in similar roles. Your previous experience in tender management support is highly desirable. You are adept at using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and have prior experience with trade platforms. Your excellent reporting and analysis skills coupled with your ability to manage time effectively make you an ideal candidate for this role. Bachelor’s degree minimum. 2 - 5 years transferrable experience. Previous tender management support experience (desirable). Client service/support experience. Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Previous trade platform experience (desirable). Good reporting and analysis skills. Good time and task management skills.
