Client Services Manager Aged Care (12 month parental leave cover) About the company We are a mid-sized highly regarded and reputable residential aged care provider with locations spanning three states (Victoria, NSW and Tasmania). About the role This is a customer-focused sales role with a new business development edge. The customer already comes to us with a need; we just need to listen and tailor-make a solution for them. You are motivated by sales targets and excel in converting inquiries to new residents, for which you will be rewarded. You are empowered to work autonomously and are a key business partner to the Group Manager Operations for your portfolio of homes. There is local travel involved, whereby you would be based from one of a few different locations at any given day. About you You have a passion and drive for customer-centric based sales, think on your feet, and have exceptional client engagement and relationship-building skills. You are a self-starter with a drive to excel and expertise to build sustainable relationships with potential clients, internal customers, and our referrers in the communities we serve. Excellent communication skills with an open and honest approach is a must, as is high efficiency in working with Microsoft applications and other electronic platforms.
