Our Sunshine Coast office supports clients across Aged and NDIS from Caloundra to Gympie and Surrounds. Our mission at Home Care Assistance is to change the way the world ages. We provide older adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives at home. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to join our team. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring all services are delivered to meet the values, quality, and SLA of the organization. This role will be responsible for leading our Case Managers in QLD and NSW. Responsibilities: Ensure Case Managers are compliant with training requirements. Manage Case Manager team to ensure compliance with deadlines and KPIs. Conduct regular audits of Care Plans and budgets to ensure quality and compliance. Facilitate communication between Case Managers and the Clinical team. Manage new client enquiries and onboarding, working to agreed KPIs. Hold weekly meetings with Case Managers to guide them through challenging situations, keeping minutes. Manage complaint escalations to a favorable conclusion or escalate to GM where appropriate. Ensure adherence to industry standards, including but not limited to, the Aged Care Standards and Code of Conduct. Qualifications & Experience: Tertiary Degree Preferred. Aged Care Industry Experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff. High level of integrity and professionalism.
