While previous experience in customer service and administration is advantageous, we are looking for a customer-focused individual with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. You will have the support and guidance of an experienced Client Services Officer as you learn the ropes and take the next step in your professional career. An idea of the day-to-day responsibilities: The Client Service Officer is a key client and administration coordination role in our small team environment. You will work closely with the Advisors and build long-term relationships with our clients. Your days will be varied, with your primary responsibilities including: Client service – managing phone calls, enquiries, greeting clients in the office, emails, and written correspondence. Advisor support - scheduling appointments, liaising with clients on behalf of the Advisers, appointment preparation, and personal assistance as required. Client portfolio administration – monitor workflows, maintain client data, completion, lodgement, and management of applications with superannuation providers, Centrelink, and other government agencies; ensure filing of Advice and liaise with key service providers to action any requirements. File administration – ensuring compliance, accurate record-keeping and filing, collation of documentation for client appointments, and client correspondence. Teamwork is key to our success.
