The Opportunity The Physiotherapy division is seeking a Client Services Receptionist & Administration Assistant with exceptional customer service and communication skills to join our team, working across our clinics in North Adelaide and the CBD. This opportunity exists within a range of flexible weekday hours spanning from 7.30am-6.30pm. Full time hours are preferred, however part-time hours can be negotiated to a minimum of 30hrs. Key responsibilities: Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments across all available services ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Training will be provided on our Practice Management System, Nookal. Greeting and checking-in patients. Processing patient payments - HICAPS and EFTPOS and end of day reconciliation. Setting up and stocking consulting and exercise rooms. General administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying and requesting of medical records. Essential skill set: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. The ability to multi-task. A proven track record of punctuality and reliability. A professional approach to all aspects of work. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office. Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain). Current Working With Children (WWC) Check (or willing to obtain). Experience in the following would be an advantage: Previous reception experience in an allied health/medical environment.
