About the Role: The key focus of your role is providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Efficiently performing a diverse range of critical tasks, including preparation of out for signature documents, invoicing, and new entity establishments. Managing corporate compliance including annual review packages and payment reminders Workflow management and ensuring lodgement deadlines are met, Onboarding new clients and maintaining our CRM; Liaising with the Taxation Office, ASIC and other regulatory bodies as required; Organising with event organisation; and General administrative and reception duties as required including answering and directing calls, greeting clients, mail preparation, diary management, maintenance of stationery and general errands.
