We are seeking a dedicated and service-driven Client Services Supervisor to lead our client services team in maintaining workplace hubs across the Melbourne and Canberra CBDs. As a team leader, you’ll provide a professional, approachable, and personalised experience – building strong client relationships and delivering premium hub solutions. Working with a national network of Client Experience peers, you’ll collaborate with your local community teams of Valets, Delivery Drivers, and Technicians to ensure a seamless, high-quality service. About this Role For your team: Recruit, manage, and motivate the client services team to ensure ultimate performance, wellbeing, and engagement. Engage with our corporate clients to deliver services, respond to queries, problem solve, and propose additional services. Train team members to monitor premium coffee machines, perform quality checks, and attend to minor machine faults. Create and communicate team rosters to manage absences and client flexibility. For your clients: Build relationships and conduct meetings to emphasise our existing services and explore opportunities to increase consumables and services with new and potential clients. Oversee stock control to adjust to client rhythms and fulfill specific needs. Prepare for new installations by reviewing requirements and training team members to safely commence service to client needs. Review and assess reports including machine performance and client consumption to monitor service delivery and propose improvements. About you, you have: 2+ years of frontline service supervision in customer service or hospitality. Planning and organising skills with flexibility to adapt. Approaching work with a positive and friendly mindset, building strong connections with colleagues and clients. Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Talent for building lasting customer relationships. Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify opportunities for increased services and promote them to our clients. Microsoft Office, apps, and systems skills. Passion for coffee and culture.
