Join a professional, service-oriented team and contribute to enhancing ICT support and administrative operations while gaining valuable experience and development opportunities.Client Services Support Officer (Casual) Catholic Education Tasmania are looking for a passionate and engaging candidate that can join a driven and energetic team in the provision of Information Technology (IT) initiatives across the Catholic education system.As the Client Services Support Officer, you will: Resolving ICT service requests and incidents on first contact. Prioritising and escalating ICT service requests as required within agreed timeframes. Contributing to the development, implementation, maintenance and review of systems, policies, procedures and practices necessary for the efficient and effective administrative operations of the team. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders. Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are: Certificate III in ICT or equivalent relevant experience. Work experience providing a variety of ICT services and support to diverse users. Able to resolve routine problems and possess diagnostic skills to resolve complex problems related to data, equipment or systems.
