Having recently picked up 4 projects ranging up to $200m in the commercial and residential tower space, and some education, they require a Graduate/Assistant PM and an experienced Project Manager. Your new role Working on behalf of a range of major developers you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing Construction build Projects from the perspective of the client/developer, ensuring that the project's goals, timelines, and budgets are met according to the client's requirements and expectations. What you'll need to succeed Assistant PM role - 1-3 years experience, Construction related degree - ideally some Tier 1 or 2 builder experience here in Melbourne. $90-100k + super. PM role - Degree qualified, 8-15 years experience - up to $150k + super. Tier 1 or 2 builder background, or even better some other PM consultancy background. Oversee major builders and other stakeholders in $100m - $200m building projects. Project experience in towers, schools, universities, hospitals, etc. Permanent residence.
