We are seeking a people-focused and results-driven Client Solutions Director to lead our high-profile BYD Automotive account. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated media strategies that drive brand awareness, consideration, and sales for this exciting and rapidly growing auto manufacturer. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing Product: Leading Client Servicing principles across the agency to upskill talent within business. Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of innovative and impactful media plans across all channels, including traditional, digital, social, and emerging platforms. Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at BYD Automotive, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader. Commercially Orientated: Lead delivery of commercials targets across the team collaborating with other directors and management team. Results Orientation: Drive measurable results through data-driven insights and a focus on campaign performance optimisation. Media Expertise: Demonstrate deep expertise in the media landscape, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a talented team of media professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development. Media Owner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media owners to secure the best possible deals and maximize campaign effectiveness. The successful candidate will have: Proven track record of success in managing large-scale media campaigns for high-profile clients, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the media landscape, including digital, social, and emerging platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies. A passion for the automotive industry and emerging technology.
