We’re looking for a Client Success & Engagement Manager (Contract Role, ~20 hours per week) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and wants to expand their career in SaaS strategy, sales, and marketing . You will work closely with our Head of Strategy and Head of Digital , playing a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional value, remain engaged, and continue to grow with us. Your Key Responsibilities: Client Retention & Relationship Management – Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins (weekly or fortnightly meetings), ensuring high satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively, and increasing retention. Account Growth & Expansion – Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities , working with internal teams to expand client accounts where relevant. Client Education & Value Enablement – Help clients understand the value of our services , ensuring they fully leverage our solutions and stay engaged. Pre-Sales Support – Assist in qualifying leads, preparing for sales conversations, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client. Client Contact – Act as the go-to person for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Who We’re Looking For: Outgoing and personable – You enjoy working with people and building strong relationships. A problem-solver – You can think on your feet and find solutions quickly. Organised and proactive – You manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball. A strong communicator – Excellent written and spoken English is essential, as this is a client-facing role. Marketing-savvy – Some knowledge of digital marketing, sales, and SaaS growth is preferred. Contract Role (~20 hours per week) | Flexible Work Arrangements | Hybrid / Remote Friendly.
