As a Client Success Manager , you will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and securing new partnerships to grow the company’s pipeline of repeat business and referrals. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your role will focus on: Roles and Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in client meetings, focusing on relationship building. Drive new business through inbound and outbound lead generation and conversion. Prepare tailored proposals to meet client needs. Manage client relationships post-purchase and pre-construction to ensure smooth project handover. Provide regular updates and maintain strong client engagement during construction. Foster ongoing client relationships post-construction through follow-ups and check-ins. Innovate client experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Ideal Candidate: Experience: 3–5 years in account management or sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role. Collaboration: A team player with a collaborative mindset, thriving in dynamic environments. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, capable of navigating complex situations with professionalism. Solution Focus: A proactive problem-solver with strong project management abilities, skilled at meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
