Job Description About the role As the Client Support professional within our Insurance team, reporting to the Insurance Team Leader, your role will primarily be responsible for supporting the Insurance division in its services to replace lost and/or stolen products on behalf of Insurance Companies. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Liaising with Insurance Companies, insured customers and The Good Guysstores Validating and quoting consumer electrical products for insurance replacement Inbound and outbound calls (no sales related calls) Preparing orders and managing ongoing caseloads Meeting KPI’s and deadlines, in line with Insurance Company Service Level Agreements This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment and will suit a professional who has similar experience and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves! Qualifications Your strong customer service skills coupled with your keen eye for detail will hold you in good stead and see your success in this role.
