We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our established AU Support team. At Compass, great support is at the heart of our market-leading customer service, and you will be a key part of a dynamic and fast-growing team.In this role, there are opportunities for rapid progression and exposure to other parts of the organisation for the right candidate.What you'll do: You will join the Compass AU Support function in our Melbourne Office, working with the Support Manager & Support Supervisors. As a Level 2 Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to schools using Compass. You will be expected to understand the modules and usage of Compass across multiple jurisdictions to provide effective support.Specifically, you will: Provide support to schools through email, LiveChat, and phone enquiries. Provide comprehensive and creative solutions to issues as they arise. Prioritise time and duties to respond to high priority and time-sensitive requests. Assist L3 Officers with Enterprise and Independent school support. Conduct sessions with schools to provide support with module configuration. Work with the Product and Customer Success team for escalations and solutions as needed. About You We are looking for people who have a passion for creativity and problem-solving.
