A fantastic opportunity exists for a Client Support Team Lead to join our Commercial division on a permanent full-time basis at our Perth Head Office (Boorloo Country ). Reporting to the National Client Services and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Officers in providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal and external stakeholders. DUTIES The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Ensures team members are trained, supported and have adequate resources to undertake their role. Fosters a collaborative environment within the team and with other stakeholders across the company. Develops, implements, monitors/changes processes to support efficient and effective customer service. Ensures all relevant internal stakeholders are advised of updates to client requirements. Undertakes administrative tasks to support processes, projects and improvement initiatives. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS You will be a team player who knows how to identify and capture business opportunities, present yourself in a professional manner and possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Other requirements as follows: Ability to delegate and empower others to take responsibility. Embraces a process driven approach.
