Client & Transactions Coordinator - Property Investment Advisory We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client and Transaction Support Co-Ordinator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role requires exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service, efficiently guide clients through the contract and post-sale processes and oversee office administration tasks within the Property Advisory and Wealth Creation sector. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality office administration services to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of the business. Assist with property acquisitions and prepare professional presentations for property investment clients. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, builders, contractors, and internal sales consultants. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the house-and-land and off-the-plan purchasing and building processes. Support contract negotiations, providing strategic input and guidance. Oversee contract execution and manage deadlines through to settlement. Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone. Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies for daily operations. Communicate office-related needs and staff requirements to management effectively. Handle inquiries and relay messages promptly and efficiently. Qualifications: Mandatory Experience: Applicants must have prior experience in the property investment industry; only candidates with relevant backgrounds will be considered. Communication and Customer Service: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Administrative Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in administrative assistance and office management, ensuring efficient business operations. Sales Acumen: Possess effective sales abilities to support client engagement and business development initiatives. Organizational Skills: Showcase strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage various responsibilities concurrently. Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous attention to detail and exhibit independent problem-solving skills.
