You will enhance sales performance, support operational processes, and be the point of contact for the team. Additionally, as a Senior Skin & Laser Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier treatments and services. Interested? Here is what you’ll need to be successful… A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy highly regarded. Proven ability to exceed individual and clinic sales targets, both personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), highlighting a results-driven approach. Demonstrated interpersonal and positive communication skills that inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and excellence in clinic operations. While not essential, experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring is regarded. Why Join Us?
