Studio Aesthetica is a leading aesthetic medicine clinic in Paddington, Sydney, led by Dr. David Ong and Dr. Maeve Anna Ahern, esteemed Aesthetic Doctors and educators. The clinic is renowned for its evidence-based, results-driven treatments, offering both non-surgical and surgical solutions to address a wide range of aesthetic and medical concerns. With a strong focus on patient safety, satisfaction, and long-term results, Studio Aesthetica combines advanced techniques with a patient-centric approach, setting the benchmark for excellence in aesthetic medicine. The Role We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Clinic Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and provide exceptional support to both patients and medical professionals. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming patient experience, managing appointment scheduling and patient records, assisting doctors with treatment preparation, and supporting marketing and social media initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in dermal therapy and skin health who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end clinic environment. Key Responsibilities Clinic Coordination & Administration – Manage appointment bookings, patient records, and ensure smooth clinic operations. Patient Engagement & Care – Provide outstanding client service, guiding patients through their treatment journey. Support the Doctors & Maintain Treatment Rooms – Assist with patient care, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure they are stocked and maintained. Marketing & Digital Presence – Support social media engagement, content creation, and promotional initiatives to enhance the clinic’s brand. Perform Dermal Therapy Treatments – Conduct laser treatments, epidermal resurfacing procedures, and microneedling treatments. Requirements Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Bachelor of Dermal Science (or relevant qualifications in skin/aesthetic treatments). Previous experience minimum 2-3 years experience in a medical, aesthetic clinical environment highly regarded. Strong customer service and administrative skills, with experience in optimising bookings. Knowledge of cosmetic procedure bookings is an advantage. High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for aesthetic medicine and skincare - IS clinical, Proparia is an advantage. Interest in digital marketing and social media is a plus! Rotating roster with alternating Saturdays and occasional late evenings is required.
