Clinic Manager (13255) Sydney, Australia Looking for a superstar with initiative to run three regional clinics in NSW. Great established team of doctors, health workers & mental health professionals. Our Client: Regional NSW aboriginal medical service that provides comprehensive primary health care services focused on chronic disease management to the Grafton community. The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of all three clinics, including business planning, financial management, staff leadership, and accreditation compliance. The role supports executive management and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring high-quality health services. The Exciting Opportunity: You will be responsible for overseeing three Clinics made up of three full-time doctors, a Drug and Alcohol Health Worker, Aboriginal Health Worker, Nutritionists, Psychologists, Child and Family Health Nurse, and Midwife. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for: Providing daily support to the CEO and clinical teams. Overseeing administrative staff workload, performance, and operations. Leading accreditation processes and ensuring ongoing compliance. Developing and implementing quality assurance, process improvement, and safety protocols. Coordinating visiting specialists and allied health providers. Managing financial tasks, including billing and reporting. Leading staff development, education, and team building. Ensuring adherence to safety, risk management, and quality improvement standards. Maintaining client confidentiality and a safe, compliant work environment. The Successful Candidate: Proven management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Must have knowledge of the accreditation process for GPs. Understanding of medical terminology, allied health, and organisational skills. Experience in people management, team leadership, and conflict resolution. Ability to hold necessary security clearances and work rights in Australia. Advantageous if you have used software Best Practice or Prac Soft.
