About the role We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager/Receptionist to join our team at Territory Laser Clinic in Darwin, NT. As the Clinic Manager/Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our skin and laser clinic. This is a full-time position that will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. What you'll be doing Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently. Responsible for recording and maintaining business financial transactions. Providing a warm and welcoming reception experience for all clients, ensuring they feel valued and well-cared for. Handling all administrative tasks, such as client payments, invoicing, and inventory management. Assisting the therapist with any tasks as needed. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation throughout the clinic. Helping to promote the clinic and its services to the local community. What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar clinic manager or receptionist role within the laser or beauty industry. Previous experience in the practice of recording and tracking financial transactions of a business preferred. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and industry professionals. Proficient in using beauty clinic software and other relevant computer programs. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
