City Laser Clinic is a boutique laser & skin clinic located in Sydney CBD. Our team helps our clients achieve their skin & aesthetic goals via advanced laser and advanced skin treatments. The Role You will provide reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic. This includes welcoming clients, maintaining and booking clients, ordering supplies, answering client queries, and various other reception and administrative duties. What You Will Bring Experience in reception/administration Experience with Appointment Booking Software (Timely preferred) Proficiency with technology - specifically Windows/Microsoft Ability to work individually as well as with a team Experience working in a client-facing role Appropriate confidentiality and professionalism Beauty Industry knowledge preferred The Details Full Time Hours Tuesday-Friday. 8am starts and 7pm finishes. $32-35p/h pay + super (negotiable with industry experience) Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
