Lead Group Healthcare are currently setting up interviews for a Clinical Care Manager position in a beautiful facility based on the South West Coastal area of Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly efficient and supportive team in a medium to large-sized aged care facility. The internal structure includes a second Clinical Manager, Quality and Education support, Rostering Officers, AN-ACC Support, 24-hour RNs, Care Team, and more. In this vital role, you will be responsible for staff leadership, infection control, supporting the Facility Manager in operational leadership, documentation control, and oversight of person-first care.
