We believe our people make the difference. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Doctor to join our dynamic and supportive team at Eastern Health. As the Clinical Director of General Surgery, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional medical services, mentoring junior staff, and supporting clinical leadership. About You To be successful in this role you will possess: Current Specialist Registration with AHPRA Post Graduate qualifications in General Surgery Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience A strong commitment to high quality care The ability to work as part of a diverse team Leadership experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
