Warragul Community Aged Care presents an exciting opportunity to shape the service delivery of aged care into the future during a period of significant change. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Documentation Specialist to manage ANACC operations and mentor the care team in documentation requirements at our state of the art residence based in Warragul. Reporting to the GM Operations, this role is responsible for managing all aspects of ANACC including assessment of new residents, identifying potential uplifts in a timely manner, applying for uplifts, managing DoH correspondence, coaching staff on good assessment writing principles, providing orientation to ANACC assessors, generating reports, etc. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Needed: Current AHPRA (RN) registration is essential 2 years recent experience as an ANACC/ACFI Coordinator or similar role (desirable) Have a comprehensive working knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model.
