Key Responsibilities: Save Lives and Stabilize the Critical: Be the first line of defense, providing acute primary care, resuscitation, and stabilization during emergency situations. Jump Into Action for Injuries and Illness: You’ll be there to assess, manage, and guide personnel back to full health — or onto medevac when necessary! Be the Health Guardian: Lead the charge with health awareness and prevention programs — from blood pressure checks to blood glucose levels, you’ll help keep everyone on track and healthy. Monitor and Assess: From drug and alcohol testing to other health surveillance activities, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Keep the Medical Hub Running Smoothly: Maintain the medical facility, ensuring all equipment, medicines, and consumables are fully stocked and ready for action. Train and Empower Others: Deliver both accredited and non-accredited health training programs, sharing your expertise with the team and building the next generation of emergency responders. Be Prepared for Anything: You’ll be at the heart of our emergency response capabilities, ready to spring into action and manage any crisis that comes your way! Essential Requirements: To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and certifications:Are a Registered Nurse and/or Paramedic Diploma in Paramedicine or Nursing AHPRA Registration Cert III in Emergency Response and Rescue , including:Vertical Rescue Confined Space Rescue Breathing Apparatus Road Crash Rescue HAZMAT HLTPAT005 – Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing HR License National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old) PUAVEH001 – Drive Vehicles Under Operational Conditions Proof of Full Working Rights in Australia Previous experience as a CESO Mine site experience Bonus Points If You Have: RIIVEH305F – Operate & Maintain a 4WD Vehicle White Card (Construction Induction Training) What We Offer at Parabellum International Exciting, hands-on work that makes a real impact Opportunities to explore various sites Professional development and career progression opportunities A team-oriented environment where your expertise is valued Ready to Answer the Call?
