About the Role - Immediate Start We are looking for full-time Psychologists to deliver exceptional mental health services to our diverse client base. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise and expand your skills working with a close-knit team while contributing to the well-being of individuals, families, and the community. Key Responsibilities Working with clients across the lifespan (Private paying, NDIS and Workers Comp) A hybrid of in-clinic, community visits and telehealth appointments (to better suit your work-life balance) Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care. Maintain thorough and accurate client records, meeting professional and ethical standards. Engage in regular supervision and professional development to enhance your clinical skills. Support the growth and development of our Psychology team by contributing ideas and best practices. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Registration as a Psychologist or soon-to-complete full registration. Proven experience providing psychological services, ideally in a healthcare setting. Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and delivering evidence-based treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
