We are seeking a Clinical Governance and Risk Lead to oversee clinical governance, risk management, and compliance in Virtual Health. This role ensures high-quality patient care, adherence to regulatory standards, and continuous service improvement. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and mitigate clinical risks, ensuring compliance with Aspen Medical’s Clinical Governance Framework. Collaborate with stakeholders to align clinical governance and risk management expectations. Lead quality assurance programs, accreditation processes, and workforce compliance. Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management support to Virtual Health clinicians. Oversee workforce allocation, rostering, and resource management. Participate in policy development and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Manage on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis. About You Essential Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years of experience. Current unrestricted AHPRA registration. Strong understanding of Virtual Health services and governance frameworks. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Commitment to quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Located within Australia. Desirable Experience in clinical governance, risk management, and quality assurance. Knowledge of accreditation processes and clinical information systems. What We Offer Full-time fixed term position until 17 April 2026. Part-time engagement will also be considered. Base salary of $90,000 per annum plus 12% Superannuation.
