The Medical Records department is a small team of dedicated and supportive staff, and you will liaise with staff from all areas of the hospital. The clinical information clerk will be involved in a wide range of medical records including patient admissions and discharges, requests for information, digital scanning and quality assurance. A proven understanding of confidentiality, excellent attention to detail and time management skills are essential.Upon commencement of your new role, you will undergo comprehensive training in various administrative functions across the medical records department, equipping you with the skills to succeed within the role.
