Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lead Group in North West Coast of Tasmania. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with General Practitioners to achieve excellent health outcomes. Supervise and mentor Enrolled Nurses to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the healthcare team. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care. Requirements: Minimum 1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia within General Practice. Full Australian working rights/visa. Current AHPRA registration. Excellent clinical skills. Strong communication and relationship building skills. WWVP clearance. Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
