About the Role As the Clinical Lead of Paediatrics - OT , your specialist knowledge combined with your leadership, mentorship, and education experience will shape the future, raising the bar in clinical education not only for our team but for the Allied Health industry. Develop high-quality courses for our Professional Development Platform Be involved in 1-1 mentorship Provide specialist supervision around areas of expertise Maintain clinical caseload Engage with industry leaders and contribute to research-driven practice improvements About You Must have several years of clinical experience with 2 years in NDIS Strong mentorship and coaching skills Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs Minimum Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy General AHPRA membership Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle Ability to work flexibly and travel as needed Why Choose Optimum Health Solutions?
