Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the clinical care team, including Registered Nurses, and Care Staff. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and their families. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Oversee the provision of care by external service providers. Monitor and review nursing practice procedures and clinical programs to ensure high-quality service delivery. What You’ll Bring Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a current Practicing Certificate. Minimum 5 years of experience in aged care or acute clinical settings. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Possess a current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check – or the ability to acquire. Undergo a National Personal Insolvency Check. Bonus Qualifications (Desirable): Postgraduate specialization in Gerontology, Dementia, or Aged Care. Current First Aid and CPR certification.
