Clinical Manager - Behaviour Support Services MCG Healthcare is pleased to be supporting one of its ongoing clients with recruitment of a Clinical Manager for their Behaviour Support services. This position will see you lead a team of clinicians and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with diverse needs. What is on offer? Building strong relationships with key stakeholders Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements Fostering a collaborative, client-centred approach within the multidisciplinary team Conducting clinical assessments and developing evidence-based interventions As the successful applicant you will have the following: Degree qualified in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field Unrestricted Drivers License Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in behaviour support Extensive experience in a similar role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively Commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for making a positive impact Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on evidence-based practices Ability to provide clinical supervision and mentor a multidisciplinary team If you're an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with management experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
