We are seeking an experienced allied health professional or a motivated Clinical Manager to oversee the leadership and daily operations of the Autism Specific Early Learning and Care Centre (ASELCC). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy programs for autistic children while leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. With a strong focus on program development, clinical supervision, and compliance, the Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our services. What can you expect to be doing? Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical programs at ASELCC. Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and guidance to a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring best practice approaches. Contribute to program development and service growth. Ensure compliance with NDIS and early childhood service regulations, managing clinical documentation and reporting requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive service innovation and build strategic partnerships. Contribute to the development of positive relationships with customers and families. What do you need to bring? Degree in Allied Health Professional with any relevant up-to-date registrations. Minimum 6 years' experience in a clinical team leader or management position. Demonstrated knowledge of ASD. Demonstrated understanding of the issues that families and service providers may face caring for children with ASD, including knowledge of the NDIS. Experience in program planning development and evaluation (desirable) . Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework (desirable) . High level interpersonal and communication skills including report writing, verbal and written, and negotiation skills. Safe Environments for children training. First aid training.
