As a Clinical Manager you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Bardon. You will be a clinically focused experienced aged care professional who can engage with your team and work closely with our experienced facility manager to deliver excellence in clinical care. Things that work for us: a kind, dedicated nature with strong alignment to our values - Compassion, Justice, Integrity and Excellence; an excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process; minimum of 1 year experience as a Clinical Manager in an aged care facility; strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain collaborative relationships; sound computer skills and the ability to work across different systems and processes; ability to foster a safe workplace and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice; Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities; Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC); NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
