Clinical Manager - Perth | Full-Time Permanent Role Location: Perth, WAFacility Size: 128 residentsSalary: $120,000 + 12.5% superannuation About the Role We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead a clinical team at a 128-bed residential aged care facility in Perth. With a supportive environment and a full handover from the retiring Clinical Nurse Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a vibrant and dynamic care setting. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Facility Manager to maintain high standards of care and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, and evaluation processes. Lead a team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Assistants, fostering a person-centered approach to care. Ensure resources are efficiently utilized to meet resident needs. Drive clinical quality improvements, manage clinical KPIs, and address unmet needs effectively. Promote staff education and development to maintain a skilled and competent workforce. Whats on Offer?
