Clinical Midwife Consultant - Safety & Quality Permanent full-time opportunity to provide advanced clinical expertise and care relevant to safety and quality in Women's and Newborn Services. Participate directly or indirectly in the delivery of clinical care, act as a clinical resource, advisor, mentor, role model, and technical expert in relation to safety and quality. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values: Participate in and manage the performance and development planning of self and staff reporting to the position. Practice collaboratively within the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security, and personal integrity of individuals and groups. Demonstrate advanced specialist knowledge, experience, and clinical skills in safety and quality.
